Welcome to Collector
Collector is a member billing, payments, and reporting platform for member-based organizations — churches, mosques, alumni associations, professional bodies, unions, cooperatives, and clubs. If your organization collects recurring dues or contributions, Collector keeps track of who owes what, who has paid, and who is behind — and does the chasing for you.
The two sides of Collector

The admin console is the system of record: staff record payments that happen offline (cash, bank transfer, mobile money) against each member. The member portal is optional and additive — members who want to self-serve can log in, check their balance, and pay online through Paystack.
What Collector handles for you
- Member management — register members, track their status, and enroll them in the dues and contributions they participate in.
- Billing — define products (Monthly Dues, Welfare, Building Fund…) with amounts and frequencies; Collector generates each member's expected payments (obligations) automatically, period after period.
- Payments — record cash, bank, and mobile-money payments, or let members pay online. Every payment is allocated to what's owed, oldest first, and produces a numbered receipt.
- Arrears — unpaid obligations become overdue after a grace period you configure, and members are reminded automatically by SMS and email.
- Reporting — build monthly and annual finance reports (PDF, Excel, CSV) on demand, or have them generated and emailed to admins on a schedule.
- Access control — build roles from granular permissions, so each staff member sees only what they should.

Collector is deployed single-tenant: your organization runs on its own isolated deployment. Your members and finances are never mixed with another organization's.
